Ordered for pickup, girl working register seemed annoyed to come from I assume the back room to check me out. Gave me the wrong size cups, my daughter’s meal wasn’t in the bags(found out once I got home). Felt rushed to choose and make my drinks while the same girl from the register waited in line to get herself a drink. Usually good service and experience.

They require you to order online. You can't walk in and place and pay for your order. We sat in the restaurant and placed our order on the app, and waited about 15 minutes to get our food. If I had known about the policy, I would have placed my order before driving to the store. On a positive note, the app was easy to use, and we didn't mind the wait. Our food was great and obviously fresh since we waited while it was being prepared. Would definitely go back.

Out of commercial wing options, this is the better. I've been to multiple Wingstops & they're all busy in the evenings with extended wait times. However, I goto this one for lunch. The store is generally steady at this time & you can typically pick up an online order within 10 minutes after the website says its ready. That being said, don't arrive early. On time-ish is your best bet. The sauces are always constant & flavorful. At other locations wings are overcooked most of the time, but the Webster one has always been just right. We order for work: both boneless and bone-in are crisp & juicy. Service is polite and usually frantic. Again, all the locations staff seem to be running non-stop, so I don't think they have a choice but to hustle. Be ready to remind them about drinks of its on your order, otherwise they are focused on the kitchen and typically they are forgotten. Side choices are lacking at the franchise, but have the typical fries and vegetables sticks. The fries are consistently limp (at all locations), but this is standard for fries made of whole potatoes. They do have seasoning options which are well coated. The ranch is great! They have a Coke Freestyle machine, which is usually drained of a few flavors, but this could be the time of day we come in. Overall, again, of the commercial wing restaurants, this is the best of them & the Webster location (at least for lunch orders) is the better of the chain. As long as you are patient, the food will be hot and flavorful.

I've stopped several times now, without an order previously placed online. The order is made fresh, and takes a little time, but it's worth it. I got a value meal with tenders, veggie sticks, fries, and two dips. I love the Hawaiian flavor for the tenders. They are always well coated in the sauce, but are still crispy. The fries are hot and thin, and crispy as well. The veggie sticks are a good compliment to all the crispy food. Everything was well packed to avoid spillage, but the fries came in an open basket, presumably because there wasn't a container big enough to hold them - it seems a little weird, I've got to say. Other than that, it's a fine and relatively quick meal.
